One of the most common questions I was asked while working the auto show in Chicago was if Ford was debuting any version of the Bronco this year. Unfortunately, they did not, however that hasn’t stopped the rumors from running amok. It’s been 20 years since the last version of the vehicle has been produced and 2004 was the last time there was any sort of concept model discussed. At least, that is until now. With Ford discussing the idea of reintroducing the Bronco to the lineup excitement has reached a new high. So much so that a a group of very talented artists at bronco6g.com put together some renderings for the rest of the world to see. Their inspiration came straight from the first generation vehicle and 2004 concept, and let me tell you, they are pretty sick. If Ford does move forward with production then Jeep may finally have someone to compete with. There are very few if any vehicles in the market that can compete with the off-road offering of the Wrangler and there’s a good possibility that the Bronco can do just that. I’ve included a few versions of the renderings below, but if you want to see the full lineup these guys have put together make sure to check out their site!
